- Orders and Payments
4.1. Placing Orders: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2. Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing.

- Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Policy: We will ship products to the address provided at the time of order. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note if your product is on backorder you may need to wait an additional 1.5-2 weeks upon arrival. Shipping is $10 for within BC. Anything outside of BC is $15. Free Local Pickups Available in Vancouver/Burnaby.
5.2. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
- Returns and Refunds
6.1. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy [provide link to Return Policy].
6.2. Refunds: All products are non refundable.
